So the Pune answer is the direct one. Fly Pune to Rajkot, land in the middle of the circuit, and start.
There is one honest exception, and it is below.
Fly direct to Rajkot, the airport in the middle
Pune to Rajkot Hirasar is a non-stop on IndiGo, and it is one of the cheaper ways into this circuit from anywhere, with fares that have started around Rs. 3,300. Hirasar sits about 30 km outside Rajkot.
Rajkot is the most balanced airport on the whole route. It is 197 km from Somnath and 225 to 235 km from Dwarka, so both temples are a half day's drive and neither is stranded far away. From Rajkot, Somnath is the nearer of the two.

The one time Mumbai is worth the detour
If landing as close to Dwarka as possible matters more to you than a clean single flight, Mumbai is the reason to route through it.
Mumbai, three hours from Pune by road or a short hop by air, has the only non-stop to Jamnagar, the airport nearest Dwarka, about 90 minutes on IndiGo. From Jamnagar it is roughly two hours to the Dwarkadhish temple.
So a Dwarka-first pilgrim can go Pune to Mumbai to Jamnagar and begin at Dwarka's doorstep. It adds a leg and a fare against the direct Rajkot flight, and we lay that tradeoff out plainly before you choose. For most people the direct Rajkot flight wins.

Two parts, one quote. The ground portion is fixed per person per night. The return flight is added at the live fare, and because the Pune fare is low, the combined number is the lowest of the fly-in cities.
All in note. The all-in figures assume a return Pune to Rajkot non-stop from around Rs. 3,300 each way. Airfare moves with the date and the booking window, so we quote the exact combined number for your dates rather than hold you to an estimate.
Gst note. Every ground price here is final and includes GST. Nothing is added at checkout beyond the flight, which is shown to you at its actual fare.
Group and child. The ground rate is per person on twin sharing. In a group of about six the 3 star ground rate falls to around Rs. 4,000 per person per night on triple sharing, and to around Rs. 3,500 in a group of about twelve. A solo traveller pays the base plus Rs. 3,500 for the same services. Children under five travel free on the ground portion, and from five they are counted as an adult. Airfare is per seat at whatever the airline charges for the age.
Vehicle note. Group size picks the vehicle. Sedan for 2 to 3, Ertiga for 4 to 5, Innova Crysta for 5 to 6, 9 seater Tempo Traveller for 7 to 9, 12 seater Maharaja or Urbania for 10 to 12, 26 seater Tempo Traveller above that.

At Somnath it buys the best room in town, named in your quote before you pay. Taj and ITC enter your plan only on the legs that reach them, which this circuit does not.
Blackout note. Two dates break this rate card. On Janmashtami and Diwali, ground demand can push prices up to three times these numbers and airfares climb with them, and we take a limited number of bookings made about three months ahead. If your travel lands on either, ask early and we will quote the real figure rather than a floor you cannot get.
Cancellation. We confirm a booking on 50 percent advance, and you pay the remaining 50 percent after you arrive, during the journey.
