Jaipur to Dwarka by air

Flying is the fastest and easiest way to reach Dwarka from Jaipur. The nearest airport to Dwarka is Jamnagar, about 130 km away, with Rajkot and Ahmedabad, the major hub, offering wider connections. Jaipur has good air links to Ahmedabad in about an hour and a half and flights to Rajkot and, with a connection, to Jamnagar. Jaipur to Dwarka by train

The train is a good way to travel from Jaipur to Dwarka for those who prefer rail, as Dwarka has its own railway station, well connected to the rest of India. There are direct or connecting train services from Jaipur towards Dwarka, often via Ahmedabad. Given the distance, the rail journey is long, often around 22 to 26 hours or more with connections, so it suits those who enjoy train travel and have the time. Jaipur to Dwarka by road

If you wish to drive, a private car with a driver is the most comfortable way to cover the long distance and at around 19 to 20 hours it is best split over two days with an overnight halt rather than a single stretch. The Udaipur to Ahmedabad highway route via Rajasthan and Gujarat is the fastest and smoothest, with plentiful fuel stations, dhabas and rest stops along the way. Self-drive is possible for the determined, but many prefer a driver or a flight or train. Jaipur to Dwarka by bus

Long-distance buses connect Jaipur towards Gujarat, though usually with a change, often at Ahmedabad, from where you continue to Dwarka by another bus or a car. The total journey by bus takes around 20 hours or more, so it is a long haul, best on comfortable air-conditioned sleeper services, including overnight buses.
